Great Pork Roast

We were at camp closing up the gardens for the past few days and I was looking to use up a pork shoulder roast without much effort and this was perfect. I served this with corn taco shells and topped with coleslaw, yum.
This is just a quick shot of the roast shredded in the crock-pot. I was too tired to stage a photo of the filled tacos
