We have no interest in the nutritional facts and mumbo-jumbos that plague modern recipes. We subscribe to Delia Smith's concept. "I would rather eat roast chicken once a month with butter than three times a week with none. That old adage is as true now as it ever was: everything in moderation."

Consider the dietary hype that has gone on over the years subsequently to be blown away by the next latest and greatest idea. And the delicious food that has not been cooked and enjoyed as a result of following the fads!
