Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 portabella mushrooms, no stem
  • 4 ounces olive oil
  • 3 ounces balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 3 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a bowl or blender, mix together all ingredients, except the mushrooms.

  • Step 2: Place mushrooms in gallon bag, add dressing and seal bag.

  • Step 3: Marinate mushrooms in dressing for at least one hour in refridgerator.

  • Step 4: Grill on both sides just like a hambuger.

  • Step 5: Serve on a roll or slice for a great steak topping.

  • Step 6: Before serving, drizzle with the remaining vinaigrette.
