Step 1: Rinse your ham.
Step 2: Place in a pot large enough to hold the ham with room to spare.
Step 3: Pour in enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil
Step 4: Turn heat down and simmer until internal temp reaches 160F approx 25 minutes.
Step 5: Remove and tent in foil for 10 - 15 minutes.
Step 6: Slice and serve.
