Step 1: Put Flour,sugar, salt and butter into the food processor bowl.
Step 2: Process until the mix is the consistency of crumbs. Be careful not to over process.
Step 3: Add water a little at a time until the dough can be held together and can easily form a ball.
Step 4: Remove and make 2 balls of dough. Place each in plastic wrap and flatten.
Step 5: Chill well (must be very cold and firm) in the refrigerator (a few hours) or chill in the freezer ( as little as 10 minutes) .
