Step 4: Bake for 18 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
Step 5: Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
Step 6: Cream butter and vanilla, then add powdered sugar, and milk (if needed), and mix well.
Step 7: Pipe frosting onto cupcakes when the cupcakes are cool.
