Step 1: Cook pasta according to package instructions, omitting salt; add broccoli during the last 5 minutes of cooking time, drain and return to pan.
Step 2: Meanwhile, melt margarine in medium saucepan over medium head; add flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in milk; bring to boil over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes; remove from heat; gradually stir in cheese until melted. Add sauce to pasta and broccoli, stir until blended.
