  • 8 cups fresh rhubarb, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats (oatmeal)
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and cinnamon. Place in a 9x13 glass pan.

  • Step 2: Make the topping. Mix all remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over the top of rhubarb.

  • Step 3: Bake at 375° for 35 minutes.
