Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (8 ounce) salmon fish fillets (4 ounce each fillet)
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise (lite is fine)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pre-heat oven to 400f.

  • Step 2: Rinse the fillets and dry with a paper towel.

  • Step 3: Mix together the lemon juice, zest and dill.

  • Step 4: Paint both sides of the fillets.

  • Step 5: Place on oven proof tray.

  • Step 6: Bake for 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.

  • Step 7: Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 8: Nice to serve with a sprig of dill on the side.
