Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup red lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 cup green curley lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
  • 1 cup leaf lettuce (torn into bite sized pieces)
  • 1/2 cup red radish (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup celery (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup spring onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup baby cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sweet pepper (diced, any colour)
  • 1/4 cup baby carrots (very thinly sliced or shredded)
  • 2 medium tomatoes (large dice)
  • (Dressing of your choice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

  • Step 2: Just before serving add your choice of dressing and gently mix or serve dressing separately.

  • Step 4: Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
