Step 1: Combine flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda.
Step 2: In another bowl combine eggs, milk and maple syrup.
Step 3: Gradually combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring enough to avoid lumps,
Step 4: But not so much that the batter is completely smooth (this will make the pancakes tough)
Step 5: Stir in quinoa
Step 6: Pour batter in half cup portions onto a heated griddle and flip once pancakes start to brown.
Step 7: The little bubbles starting to form on top are a good indicator of when it’s time to turn them.
Step 8: Stack pancakes and top them with whatever your heart desires.
