  • 2 large mushrooms (portobello mushrooms, gills and stems removed)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon white wine
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the melted butter, wine, oregano and garlic powder.

  • Step 2: Remove the gills from the mushrooms.

  • Step 3: Place the mushrooms on a work surface flat side down and drizzle the butter mixture inside the mushroom.

  • Step 4: Oil the grill and cook for a few minutes over medium high heat, until the mushrooms start to soften and darken.

  • Step 5: Serve.
