Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 basa fish fillets (4 to 6 ounce)
  • 12 medium shrimp
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup 2% low-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 cups corn flakes cereal, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Sprinkle salt and pepper over fish and shrimp.

  • Step 2: Soak fish and shrimp in milk for 15 minutes.

  • Step 3: Dredge in flour, shake off excess and pass through the milk again.

  • Step 4: Coat in corn flakes, pressing on.

  • Step 5: Heat oil in non stick fry pan, fry fish 5 to 6 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
