  • 1/2 banana (use a large ripe banana)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat milk (or 1% milk)
  • 1/4 cup oats (quick-cooking oats)
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut banana into chunks and put into a small blender jar with milk; blend until smooth.

  • Step 2: Put the dry oatmeal in a microwave safe bowl.

  • Step 3: Pour the banana mixture on top of oatmeal & stir to incorporate. Microwave (uncovered) on high setting for 30 seconds. Stir & microwave another 30 seconds. Stir in peanut butter.

  • Step 4: Serve.
