  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, thickly sliced
  • 4 cups diagonally sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup burgundy wine
  • 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread half the mushrooms over the bottom of a 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish.

  • Step 2: Cover mushrooms with celery, and spread remaining mushrooms on top.

  • Step 3: Pour wine over vegetables.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.

  • Step 5: Cover and cook on High for 8 minutes, or until celery is tender-crisp.
