Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tomatoes (Roma)
  • 2 large oranges, peeled and diced
  • 1 large onion (Vidalia onion, peeled and chopped (or sweet Walla Walla Onion)
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons splenda granulated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: If preferred you can blanch the tomatoes and peel, I left the peel on.

  • Step 2: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until mixed thoroughly. Allow to stand at room temperature for one hour; serve; refrigerate any unused salsa.
