The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into chicken wing sized pieces
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
  • 3 tablespoons Frank’s RedHot hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place oven rack 6 inches from heat source; preheat broiler.

  • Step 2: Spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 3: Toss chicken with cayenne and onion salt.

  • Step 4: Place on prepared pan and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using, and broil 3 minutes.

  • Step 5: Meanwhile, in a microwave-safe small bowl, microwave hot sauce and butter until butter is melted.

  • Step 6: Add to chicken, in pan, and stir to coat.

  • Step 7: Broil 3 to 5 minutes longer or until chicken is no longer pink in center.
