  • 1/3 cup cream cheese (chives and onion cream cheese)
  • 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers (jarred drained and cut into strips)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Spread each pastrami slice with cream cheese spread.

  • Step 2: Top each with roasted red pepper slice at one edge.

  • Step 3: Starting at roasted pepper edge, roll up each tightly.

  • Step 4: Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.

  • Step 5: To serve, cut each into 1 inch pieces.

  • Step 6: Secure each with cocktail toothpick.
