Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (light)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup milk chocolate (I used Green & Blacks Milk chocolate bars, chopped)
  • 100 grams macadamia nuts, chopped (chopped, 1 cup)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, beat melted butter with sugars. Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended.

  • Step 2: Slowly add flour, baking soda and salt.

  • Step 3: Fold in milk chocolate and nuts.

  • Step 4: Drop by large tablespoon onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.

  • Step 5: Bake in a 375 degree F oven, for 10-12 minutes.

  • Step 6: Cool on wire rack.
