Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (English mustard, level)
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup (treacle, honey may be substituted)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon mint, freshly chopped
  • 2 teaspoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • 8 lamb chops (lean, or lamb cutlets)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a shallow ovenproof dish, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, golden syrup(honey), salt, pepper and herbs.

  • Step 2: Add the meat to the dish, turn to coat well.

  • Step 3: Cover with plastic wrap, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, turning once.

  • Step 4: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 5: Uncover the cutlets, then bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
