Step 1: In a shallow ovenproof dish, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, golden syrup(honey), salt, pepper and herbs.
Step 2: Add the meat to the dish, turn to coat well.
Step 3: Cover with plastic wrap, and leave to marinate for 30 minutes, turning once.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 5: Uncover the cutlets, then bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
