Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 4 corn ears (off the cob, we prefer peaches and cream type)
  • Vegetable oil spray
  • 1/2 cup butter (cut into 4 equal pieces)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (seasoning salt, divided)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, divided
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided (or cheese of your choice)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400f degrees.

  • Step 2: Lay out 4 pieces of aluminum foil large enough to wrap corn cobs securely, spray the centre area of the foil lightly with veggie spray.

  • Step 3: Place a corn cob on each piece of foil; place 1/4 of the butter on top of each corn cob. Sprinkle each cob evenly/equaley with seasoning salt, pepper flakes and shredded cheese.

  • Step 4: Wrap each cop in the foil, leaving space to expand with steam, place on centre rack of oven and roast for about 40 minutes or until corn is tender and butter etc., are melted/absorbed.

  • Step 5: Serve foil packages.
