Step 1: Combine all ingredients for marinade in a medium mixing bowl.
Step 2: Place ham steaks in a resealable plastic bag, and pour mixture over steaks.
Step 3: Seal bag and allow to marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator.
Step 4: Preheat grill.
Step 5: Remove steaks from bag and reserve marinade.
Step 6: Place marinade mixture, including jalapenos, in a saucepan.
Step 7: Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and allow mixture to reduce by half.
Step 8: Place ham steaks on grill and cook on medium heat for 13-15 minutes.
Step 9: Remove from heat, slice, and serve with cooked marinade.
