Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 Pound boneless chicken breast -- cut in strips
  • 1/4 Cup orange juice
  • 1/4 Cup lime juice
  • 3 Tabelspoon sugar
  • 1 3/4 Tabelspoon onion powder or fine minced onion
  • 2 Tabelspoon crushed thyme
  • 1 Tabelspoon ground red pepper -- plus 1 teaspoon
  • 1 Tabelspoon black pepper -- plus 1 teaspoon
  • 1 1/2 Tabelspoon allspice
  • 3/4 Tabelspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon ground cloves

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lay chicken strips in baking dish and pour juice over top.

  • Step 2: Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

  • Step 3: In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle generously over chicken strips.

  • Step 5: Marinate 1 hour.

  • Step 6: Grill should be medium hot and grate set on highest level.

  • Step 7: Lay out chicken and grill on both sides 1 hour total or until done.

  • Step 8: Servings depend on how hungry you are and if you can handle the wonderful blend of spices. Note: I have used orange/tangerine Juicey Juicey in place of the orange juice and the flavor was excellent.
