Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 10" pie plate. I use a deep pyrex one and this recipe fills it.
Step 2: Combine crust ingredients and pour into pie plate.
Step 3: Arrange drained peaches over crust. Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and peach juice. Spoon over peaches in dollops. Do not spread – leave some peaches showing.
Step 4: Mix 1 tablespoon sugar with cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese. Bake 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold. I prefer it warm with vanilla ice cream.
