Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 peaches, cut in quarters
  • 1 small onion, cut in 4 slices
  • 3 ounces brie cheese, thin sliced
  • Pinch of herbs de provence
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon butter

How to Make

  • Step 1: Onions ... Melt the butter and a pinch of sugar in a nonstick saute pan on medium heat. Then, add the onion slices to the pan, and saute for 10-15 minutes until golden brown, stirring often. You want them lightly caramelized.

  • Step 2: Peaches ... Add the peaches to a small casserole dish, lightly sprayed with a nonstick spray. Season with a pinch of salt, pepper, and herbs de provence. Top with the onion slices, and cheese.

  • Step 3: Bake ... Preheat the oven to 400 degrees, and bake on the middle shelf for approximately 20 minutes; until the cheese is melted, golden brown, and bubbly.

  • Step 4: Serve and ENJOY! ... Serve with rustic bread or crackers. Great for an appetizer, first course; or, even dessert.
