Step 1: Combine all ingredients except shrimp in large bowl.
Step 2: Add shrimp and toss to coat.
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours or overnight.
Step 4: Transfer shrimp mixture to serving bowl and serve with toothpicks.
Step 5: (Or serve as a main course shrimp salad, toss them gently to coat the greens)
