Step 1: Place the broiler pan on the second rack position to keep the scallops from burning.
Step 2: Combine the first 4 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large ziploc plastic bag.
Step 3: Brush scallops with butter.
Step 4: Add scallops to bag, seal and shake to coat.
Step 5: Place scallops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Step 6: Broil 10 minutes or until done.
Step 7: Serve with lemon wedges.
