Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/3 cup melba toast crackers (finely crushed onion flavored melba toast, about 9)
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 pounds scallops
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Lemon wedge

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the broiler pan on the second rack position to keep the scallops from burning.

  • Step 2: Combine the first 4 ingredients and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper in a large ziploc plastic bag.

  • Step 3: Brush scallops with butter.

  • Step 4: Add scallops to bag, seal and shake to coat.

  • Step 5: Place scallops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.

  • Step 6: Broil 10 minutes or until done.

  • Step 7: Serve with lemon wedges.
