Step 1: Cook the soba noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2: In a large saute pan, heat both grapeseed and sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and green onions; saute for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add the tamari, red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and cooked soba noodles; cook tossing with large tongs or two forks for an additional 2 to 3 minutes, until well mixed.
Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
