  • 1 cup kale, chopped (packed, raw)
  • 1 cup swiss chard, chopped (packed, raw)
  • 1/2 cup white beans (canned white beans, rinsed and drained)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Roughly chop or tear greens into bite-sized pieces and put in a microwave-safe bowl.

  • Step 2: Add a small bit of water, such as a tablespoon or two, to the bowl and cover with a paper plate.

  • Step 3: Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.

  • Step 4: Remove from microwave and add beans.

  • Step 5: Microwave another 30 seconds.

  • Step 6: Remove from oven and stir to combine.
