Step 1: Roughly chop or tear greens into bite-sized pieces and put in a microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2: Add a small bit of water, such as a tablespoon or two, to the bowl and cover with a paper plate.
Step 3: Microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from microwave and add beans.
Step 5: Microwave another 30 seconds.
Step 6: Remove from oven and stir to combine.
