Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 large russet potatoes, peeled (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 1 tablespoon liquid smoke (I used their mesquite flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried chipotle chili pepper or chili powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon adobo seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oil

How to Make

  • Step 1: Chop peeled potatoes in half then into wedges.

  • Step 2: Place wedges in a mixing bowl and add each additionalo ingredient one at a time, tossing potatoes after each addition.

  • Step 3: Place potatoes in a single layer, not touching, on a nonstick foil lined baking sheet.

  • Step 4: Bake at 400F for 40 minutes, turning potatoes over after 15 minutes and 30 minutes of baking. Your potatoes may need a few more or few less minutes of baking depending on how thick they are- just bake until crisp.
