  • 1/4 cup butter (cold and diced into pea size pieces)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: In bowl, mix brown sugar and flour.

  • Step 3: In separate bowl, whisk together milk, eggs and vanilla.

  • Step 5: Place cookie sheet under pie crust.

  • Step 6: Fill pie crust with mixture.

  • Step 7: Drop cold butter cubes throughout mixture

  • Step 8: Cook for 45 to 50 minutes, until outside edges are firm and center is slightly jelly like.
