Step 1: Slice steak very thinly.
Step 2: Place in a bowl with soya sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 1 tablespoon water; mix well and set aside.
Step 3: Cut broccoli into small pieces and steam until partially cooked; drain and set aside.
Step 4: Heat cooking oil in skillet or wok until very hot.
Step 5: Add meat and fry until meat sweats, then add onion, garlic, ginger and broccoli.
Step 6: Stir-fry until vegetables are crispy-tender.
Step 7: Mix together the oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil and 1/2 cup cold water with 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in it.
Step 8: Stir in sauce mixture and cook until sauce is thickened.
Step 9: Serve alone or over rice or noodles.
