Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups dry penne pasta
  • 8 cups Swiss chard (coarsely chopped)
  • 19 ounces cannellini beans (one 19 ounce can, or one 19 ounce can other white beans, drained)
  • 2 tablespoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1/2 cup asiago cheese, shredded
  • 1 garlic cloves (smashed)
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne 8 to 10 minutes or until tender but firm.

  • Step 2: Add 8 cups coarsely chopped Swiss chard, cook 1 minute; drain well.

  • Step 3: In a large serving bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

  • Step 4: Add pasta mixture; toss well.

  • Step 5: Season to taste and serve with more Asiago cheese to sprinkle on top.
