  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (juice from 1 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard (WHOLE GRAIN)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
