Step 1: Combine ingredients in a saucepan or rice cooker.
Step 2: If using saucepan, Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 20-25 minutes or until water is absorbed. Place towel across the top and cover with lid when it is done and let sit for about 10-15 minutes off the heat to absorb any extra liquid or steam and make it fluffier.
Step 3: If using rice cooker, operate per your appliance instructions. You can still use the towel trick at the end.
