Step 5: Gently turn the patties over and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, again until you have a nice golden brown crust, shaking the pan occasionally so they do not stick.
Step 6: Cover and set the pan aside.
Step 7: Mix together the mayonnaise, hot sauce and 1 pinch hot pepper flakes.
Step 8: Place the chicken patties over the bottom bun, top with lettuce.
Step 9: Divide the mayonnaise mixture over the lettuce and add the top buns.
Step 10: Serve.
