Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 220 grams linguine, uncooked
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 250 grams fresh mushrooms, quartered
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tub (270 gram/10 ounce) Philadelphia Savoury Garlic Cooking Creme
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parmesan cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

  • Step 2: Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, onions and thyme; cook and stir 3-4 minutes or until onions are crisp-tender. Add in shrimp, cook shrimp until they turn pink. Add peas; cook 1 min.

  • Step 3: Stir in cooking creme; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until heated through.

  • Step 4: Drain pasta, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water. Gradually stir reserved water into shrimp mixture. Add pasta; mix lightly.

  • Step 5: Top with Parmesan.
