Step 1: Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2: Spray a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside.
Step 3: Whisk together all the dry ingredients and set aside.
Step 4: Beat the eggs until frothy, then add the remaining liquid ingredients and blend well.
Step 5: Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the liquids and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
Step 6: Mix in any seeds last.
Step 7: Scoop dough into prepared pan and sprinkle with toppings of your choice.
Step 8: Bake for 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean and a nice crust has formed.
Step 9: Remove from oven and cool on wire rack for 5-10 minutes.
Step 10: Then remove from pan and continue cooling on rack.
Step 11: Bread should be completely cool before slicing.
