  • 2 rooibos tea bags (spiced is nice too)
  • 2 1/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup mango juice (or nectar)
  • 2 teaspoons honey, more to taste
  • Ice

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the rooibos teabags in a heat proof pitcher and pour in the boiling water. Allow to infuse for 2-3 minutes.

  • Step 2: Remove the teabags, stir in the honey and leave to cool.

  • Step 3: Add the mango juice and sweeten the mixture further if necessary.

  • Step 4: Pour the cooled tea over ice and serve.
