Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/4 pound pork sausage
  • 1/4 pound ground pork
  • 1 whole onion
  • 1 turkey gizzard (and all the other things that are inside the turkey when you buy it)
  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine ground beef, sausage, pork, and onion in a skillet. Brown.

  • Step 2: Cook the gizzard (and whatever else you have) for 10-15 minutes. Grind up.

  • Step 3: Cook and mash the potatoes.

  • Step 4: Combine all cooked items. Add salt, pepper, and celery salt.

  • Step 5: Refrigerate if your preparing ahead of time. Heat in oven when ready to prepare meal.
