  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces crab meat (frozen, thawed and drained)
  • 36 wonton skins
  • Peanut oil
  • Sweet and sour and/or hot mustard sauces

How to Make

  • Step 1: Blend crab with cream cheese.

  • Step 2: Place 1 tsp mixture in the center of the won ton skin, then wet edges with water and seal in a triangle, using up all mixture and skins.

  • Step 3: Deep fry in 2 inches of hot peanut oil in a skillet until golden, then drain.

  • Step 4: Serve hot with dipping sauces.
