Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, (uncooked boneless and skinless, cut into strips)
  • Barbecue sauce (about 1/3 to 1/2 cup)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas, warmed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat oil (1-2 tablespoons) in a large skillet on medium-high. Add vegetables; cook about 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink.

  • Step 2: Stir in barbecue sauce; cook on medium heat 3 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Add salt and pepper.

  • Step 3: Spoon chicken mixture down centres of tortillas; top with cheese. Roll up.
