Step 1: Place tequila, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, steak seasoning, garlic and steak sauce in a ziplock bag. Seal bag, and knead to thoroughly blend. Add steaks to the ziplock bag, and seal bag.
Step 2: Place bag in a casserole dish and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight turning the bag several times while in the fridge.
Step 3: Remove the steaks from the marinade, place on plate, then season steaks with more Montreal steak spice. allow steaks to stay out at room temp for 2 hours.
Step 4: Lightly oil the grill, and then grill steak over medium-high heat then grill to medium-rare.
