Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup Tequila
  • 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning (1 tablespoons)
  • 6 garlic cloves, coarsely chopped (OR 2 teaspoons granulated garlic powder)
  • 2 tablespoons steak sauce (A-1)
  • 2 steaks, beef (T-Bone or rib-eye or whatever floats your boat!)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place tequila, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, steak seasoning, garlic and steak sauce in a ziplock bag. Seal bag, and knead to thoroughly blend. Add steaks to the ziplock bag, and seal bag.

  • Step 2: Place bag in a casserole dish and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight turning the bag several times while in the fridge.

  • Step 3: Remove the steaks from the marinade, place on plate, then season steaks with more Montreal steak spice. allow steaks to stay out at room temp for 2 hours.

  • Step 4: Lightly oil the grill, and then grill steak over medium-high heat then grill to medium-rare.
