Step 1: Place all ingredients into the pan in order to you manufacturer’s directions (making certain to sprinkle the dry milk powder over the water first).
Step 2: Press Start button (make certain to check the dough after about 5 minutes of kneading time add in in more flour or water if needed to create a soft semi-sticky dough).
Step 3: When the machine beeps at the end of the mixing cycle remove the dough and knead gently into a tight ball on a lightly floured surface.
Step 4: Cover with a clean light tea towel and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
Step 5: At this point you can refrigerate for 24 hours or freeze.
Step 6: Stretch the dough into desired shape to fit your pizza pan.
