Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3/4 cup lukewarm water
  • 3 teaspoons dry skim milk powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (can use vegetable or canola oil, olive oil is better to use)
  • 2 garlic cloves minced (about 1 tablespoon, can use more)
  • 2 cups white bread flour
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place all ingredients into the pan in order to you manufacturer’s directions (making certain to sprinkle the dry milk powder over the water first).

  • Step 2: Press Start button (make certain to check the dough after about 5 minutes of kneading time add in in more flour or water if needed to create a soft semi-sticky dough).

  • Step 3: When the machine beeps at the end of the mixing cycle remove the dough and knead gently into a tight ball on a lightly floured surface.

  • Step 4: Cover with a clean light tea towel and allow to rest for 20 minutes.

  • Step 5: At this point you can refrigerate for 24 hours or freeze.

  • Step 6: Stretch the dough into desired shape to fit your pizza pan.
