Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef skirt steak
  • 3 limes, juice of
  • 1 red grapefruit, juice of
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 ounces lager beer
  • 4 to 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon sazon seasoning
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Puree everything except the steak in the food processor until smooth.

  • Step 2: Pour mixture over meat in a ziplock bag, seal out all air, and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.

  • Step 3: Grill under broiler or on outdoor grill until done to your liking, basting with extra marinade if you like.

  • Step 4: Let the meat sit undisturbed for about 10 minutes before slicing thinly across the grain.
