  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add the oil and garlic slices. Cook until garlic is a light golden brown - do not over cook. Remove garlic from pan.

  • Step 3: In the same pan, add rosemary, red pepper flakes, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Cook, stirring until just cooked through, about 3 or 4 minutes.

  • Step 5: Squeeze some lemon juice over shrimp and top with garlic chips.
