Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the oil and garlic slices. Cook until garlic is a light golden brown - do not over cook. Remove garlic from pan.
Step 3: In the same pan, add rosemary, red pepper flakes, and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4: Cook, stirring until just cooked through, about 3 or 4 minutes.
Step 5: Squeeze some lemon juice over shrimp and top with garlic chips.
