  • 1/2 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey (sugar free honey, flavored maltitol or regular honey)
  • 1/4 cup oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make

  • Step 2: Toss veggies in a salad bowl.
