Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage (any flavor should work)
  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons minced parsley (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat,add sausage and onion,cook until meat is no longer pick and onion is tender.

  • Step 2: Add 1 cup broth,worcestershire sauce,and pepper;cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

  • Step 3: In a small bowl,stir together remaining broth, and flour, until smooth.

  • Step 4: Stir into skillet, and bring to a boil and stir for 2 minutes.

  • Step 5: Reduce heat and add sour cream.

  • Step 6: Stir until heated through, DO NOT BOIL.

  • Step 7: Add parsley if using.
