Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup fat-free milk (or water, I prefer milk or favorite soy beverage)
  • 1 cup raspberries, frozen (or frozen blueberries for anti-oxident benefits)
  • 1/2 banana, medium (frozen if desired, can use one banana instead of half)
  • Protein powder (1-2 scoops fat-free protein powder your choice of protein powder, I use Body Fortress Whey Isolate brand, my scoop measures 3 tablespoons/30 grams protein per scoop)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (2 large handfuuls, can use kale but the taste will be stronger)
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax (or 1 tablespoon flax oil)
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia (optional)
  • Almond butter (1 tablespoon, optional)
