Step 1: Briefly cook asparagus in boiling salted water, until semi-cooked, 3-5 minutes. Plunge asparagus into cold water to stop the cooking process and allow them to be cool enough to handle.
Step 2: Place a slice of prosciutto on work surface; season with salt, pepper and a little garlic powder.
Step 3: Brush the spears with oil, then lay on prosciutto and roll up.
Step 4: Set the grill on medium heat, and cook the asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the prosciutto starts to crisp.
